DOA – RetiredinSC –
The product was DOA (Dead on Arrival). Followed the startup instructions. It would not start. Called product helpline. I was instructed to take it to a local service center. After a week they informed me that it did not self prime and it was working fine now. I requested that they drain the gas and run the generator until it was dry, then refill and try to start it. A week later they called back an told me it still would not selfprime and they had called Honeywell for further instructions. I’m still waiting.
